Alyse Louise is a mother, seer, and medicine woman devoted to guiding others through deep self-discovery and embodied transformation.
She is a weaver of worlds blending breathwork, somatic and internal parts work, ancestral and soul healing, and intuitive energy practices. Her work moves across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of being, supporting balance, coherence, and alignment from the inside out.
At the heart of her work is reclamation.
